You're an expert at what you do. Money probably isn't the thing you've had the time, or the interest, to master. What you want most isn't to become a markets expert; it's your time and your peace of mind, knowing this part of your life is handled well.
That part is my field. And I'm living a lot of what you're living: raising kids, a high and complicated joint household income, and two family businesses. One is this practice; the other is my wife's two medical spas, where I'm hands-on as well. So none of this is theoretical for me.
Here's where we start. Before I recommend a single thing, I'll get to know your priorities well enough to say them back to you, until you think "yes, exactly." Get that right, and the rest of the plan makes sense.
Here's what you'll find on this page:
I'm paid one transparent annual fee based on the assets I manage for you. You'll always know what you pay and what it covers, and I'll walk through it with you at least once a year. Full cost transparency is the point.
I ask to manage all of the assets you have available for direct management, so the advice stays integrated across your whole financial life and we head off taxable surprises.
Because I'm independent and not tied to any product line or house strategy, I can recommend what actually fits your situation, not what someone needs to sell.
| Assets managed | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| Under $1,000,000 | 1.1% (with a $5,000 minimum fee) |
| $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 | 1.0% |
| $2,000,000 to $4,000,000 | 0.85% |
| Above $4,000,000 | Negotiable |
Diversified, low cost, and evidence-based, built around your priorities and what you can actually hold through a rough year. The right investments in the right accounts, too, which lifts what you keep after tax.
Every move runs through a tax lens: Roth conversions, gains thresholds, Medicare income lines. I coordinate with your CPA (I don't prepare your returns) so your investments and taxes stop pulling in different directions.
Life and disability coverage, sized to the real risk, so one bad turn doesn't undo years of work. Planning, never a product pitch.
A clear picture of what you'll spend, where it comes from, and in what order, so retirement income feels steady instead of improvised.
We point your spending and saving at what you want from your time, then define what "enough" looks like so the goalposts stop moving. The aim is to fund the life you want and feel good about the choices, not to chase a bigger number for its own sake.
Markets, a job change, an inheritance, a scary headline. I help you think clearly and decide well, so short-term noise doesn't derail a long-term plan.
Who you'd be working with
My dad has been a financial advisor since before I was born, and still is. He taught me what a Roth IRA was years before I needed one and invested my lawn-mowing money in the market, so by the time I finished college it had grown into a head start. That is when it clicked why I find markets beautiful: they let anyone own a piece of great businesses, the greatest way to build wealth there is.
I started at Edward Jones in 2013 and went independent in 2025, for better tools and the freedom to go deeper on what moves the needle, taxes, planning, and the big decisions.

A short, low-key call. If we're not right for each other, I'll point you somewhere better.

My fee starts at a $5,000 annual minimum, based on the assets I manage for you. Comprehensive, ongoing planning tends to be the right fit once someone has built up meaningful assets to manage. If you are just getting started, the free calculators and guides on this site are the best place to begin.
Your assets are held by LPL Financial, one of the nation's leading wealth management firms and a premier platform for independent and hybrid registered investment advisors (RIAs), with over $2 trillion in client assets on platform. I direct investments on your behalf, but I cannot withdraw your funds, transfer them to outside accounts, or take possession of them in any form. The money never moves through me.
You have direct login access to your accounts through LPL Financial's client portal, completely separate from me. You also receive statements directly from LPL, not generated by me. That independence is intentional: your ability to see your balances, holdings, and transaction history at any time does not depend on me providing it to you.
As a registered representative affiliated with LPL Financial, I am subject to LPL's compliance department, which supervises my activity, communications, and client recommendations on an ongoing basis. LPL is itself regulated by FINRA and the SEC and subject to regular regulatory examinations. Operating independently does not mean operating without oversight. Learn more about LPL's regulatory structure.
Your account data is held and secured by LPL Financial, which maintains institutional-grade cybersecurity infrastructure, encryption, multi-factor authentication, and third-party security audits. See LPL's privacy and security practices. On my end, I follow strict data handling practices and do not store sensitive client information in unsecured systems. If you have specific security questions, I am glad to walk through the details.
I bring my work laptop with me on trips, but if I'm ever unreachable, you always have access to LPL Financial directly. You also have Account View, which lets you see account balances, access statements and tax filing documents, and much more with a single sign-on. And all of my clients can text me directly and securely at any time.
I have a formal succession agreement in place with another local LPL advisory group. If I were permanently unable to serve clients, your accounts and planning history would transfer to that firm and you would be contacted directly with clear next steps. Your assets remain held by LPL Financial throughout any transition.
You get both. My practice runs on LPL Financial's platform, one of the nation's leading wealth management firms and a premier platform for independent and hybrid RIAs, with over $2 trillion in client assets. The infrastructure, oversight, and account security compare with any major firm. What you also get that you would not find at a large firm: no proprietary products I am incentivized to recommend, no rotation between advisors, and direct access to the person who actually knows your situation. The person you meet on the first call is the person managing your plan.
Almost always. Everything is handled virtually, so where you live is rarely a barrier. The only exception is a handful of states where I am not registered yet, and if that is you, I will tell you on our first call.
